Euchre one of the most popular card games ever. Particularly popular in the U.S but also in the U.K, New Zealand and Australia. Each of these areas has there own variations. This games is called Simply Euchre with only one variation. The variation is called stick the dealer because if everybody passes when calling the trumps suit the dealer has to make a choice.
