Rosoft Audio Converter is a front end designed to make the Lame MP3 Encoder dll lame_enc.dll easy to use. But you can also us this program for any other program that converts files as long as you have a console program. As long as the console program us a win32 console program and takes the source and destination file as arguments. For mp3 files you can set the program to convert in many different bitrates, sample rates and stereo/mono.
